  • 1 Slow Cooker
  • 1 Medium Bowl

Ingredients
  

  • 8 Boneless Pork Chops trim the fat
  • 30 oz tomato sauce no sugar and low or no sodium
  • 3 tbsp Onion powder
  • 2 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne
  • Sea Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients (except for the salt). 
  • Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
  • Cook on low for 5-7 hours or until you can easily shred the pork chops with a fork.
