Pulled Pork
Equipment
- 1 Slow Cooker
- 1 Medium Bowl
Ingredients
- 8 Boneless Pork Chops trim the fat
- 30 oz tomato sauce no sugar and low or no sodium
- 3 tbsp Onion powder
- 2 tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 2 tsp Chili Powder
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne
- Sea Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the pork chops in the slow cooker.
- Mix the remaining ingredients (except for the salt).
- Pour the sauce over the pork chops.
- Cook on low for 5-7 hours or until you can easily shred the pork chops with a fork.
