Grilled Garlic and Herb Veggies

Equipment

  • 1 Grill
  • Aluminum Foil

Ingredients
  

  • 1 med Squash
  • 1 med Zucchini
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Red Peppers finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place foil flat on counter.
  • Cut up the fresh squash and zucchini and place on aluminum foil.  
  • Add olive oil, garlic, sweet red peppers, sea salt and pepper. 
  • Seal the foil and place on top level of grill for about 8-10 minutes.
