Crock Pot Turkey Chili

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Ground Turkey breast
  • 1 large Onion diced
  • 2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 cups Water
  • 6 oz Can Tomato Paste
  • 28 oz Can Crushed Tomatoes
  • 30 oz Can Black Beans
  • 1 cup Corn frozen
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 2 tsp Cumin

Instructions
 

  • Add olive oil, onion and garlic to a large skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Add in the ground turkey and cook until done.  Should be brown and crumbly.
  • Add the mixture to the crock pot. 
  • Add the remaining ingredients starting with the water. Stir until blend.
  • Cover and cook on high for about 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
