Crock Pot Turkey Chili

- 1 Skillet
- 1 Crock Pot
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Ground Turkey breast
- 1 large Onion diced
- 2 Garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cups Water
- 6 oz Can Tomato Paste
- 28 oz Can Crushed Tomatoes
- 30 oz Can Black Beans
- 1 cup Corn frozen
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 tbsp Chili Powder
- 2 tsp Cumin
Instructions
- Add olive oil, onion and garlic to a large skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Add in the ground turkey and cook until done. Should be brown and crumbly.
- Add the mixture to the crock pot.
- Add the remaining ingredients starting with the water. Stir until blend.
- Cover and cook on high for about 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
