Instructions
Add olive oil, onion and garlic to a large skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
Add in the ground turkey and cook until done. Should be brown and crumbly.
Add the mixture to the crock pot.
Add the remaining ingredients starting with the water. Stir until blend.
Cover and cook on high for about 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
