Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 tsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 clove Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup Green Beans
  • 1/2 cup Carrots Freshly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper Freshly sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp Organic Vegetable Broth

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat.  
  • Add garlic and ginger. 
  • Cook stirring frequently for 1-2 minutes. 
  • Add green beans, carrot, bell pepper, salt, and broth. 
  • Cook for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
