Stir Fry Veggies

Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp Olive oil
- 1/2 clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Ginger freshly grated
- 1/2 cup Green Beans
- 1/2 cup Carrots Freshly sliced
- 1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper Freshly sliced
- 1/4 tsp Sea salt
- 2 Tbsp Organic Vegetable Broth
Instructions
- Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat.
- Add garlic and ginger.
- Cook stirring frequently for 1-2 minutes.
- Add green beans, carrot, bell pepper, salt, and broth.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender-crisp.
