Fresh dill sprigs, chopped fresh thyme, rosemary or parsley
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Prepare four sheets of foil about 12 inches each. Divide the asparagus into equal portions and lay them on the foil.
Mix the oil and garlic in a bowl. Use 1 tsp of the mix and spoon over asparagus and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place salmon over asparagus. Spoon 1 tsp of oil/garlic mix over salmon. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Add fresh herb choice and top with lemon slices. Wrap in foil and seal edges.
Place the foil pouches on a baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Remove foil and serve warm.
