Cut onion into slivers and slice the peppers. Set them aside.
In a bowl, combine 1 T of olive oil, the juice of 1/2 of the lime, chili powder, paprika, onion powder, pepper, cumin and salt. Cut the chicken into strips and mix them in the spice mixture.
In a pan, heat 1 T olive oil over medium high. Cook the chicken about 3-5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add 1 T of olive to pan and cook onions for 2 minutes. Add the peppers and cook an additional 2 minutes. Then add the chicken back into the pan and stir till heated.
Top with remaining lime juice.
